These terms govern access to and use of the Spotrak platform. By creating an account or signing an order form, you accept these terms in full.

Accessing the service requires an active account, tied to a subscription or ongoing free trial. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual, with no minimum term unless stated in your order form. Payment is due in advance. Any started period is owed in full.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms or technical limits.
• Resell or grant access to the service to a third party without our written consent.

Spotrak retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, its code, interfaces, and documentation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of the subscription.

You remain the owner of the data you store with us. We process it as a data processor, in line with our privacy policy and the DPA available on request.

Spotrak does its best to keep the service available. Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you over the 12 months preceding the triggering event. Indirect damages are excluded.

You can terminate at any time from your account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of serious breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
