SPOTRAK LLC ("we", "Spotrak") operates the platform available at spotrak.com and its subdomains. This policy applies to every user of our sites, apps, and services.
We process your data in compliance with the EU GDPR.
Data we collect
We only collect data needed to operate the service:
- Identity and business contact details (name, email, phone, role, company) when you fill a form or create an account.
- Usage data (pages visited, actions, technical logs) to keep the service secure and improve the product.
- Business data you store on the platform (clients, appointments, invoices), processed in our capacity as a data processor.
Why we use it
Your data is used only to:
- Provide and operate the service you subscribed to.
- Communicate with you (support, updates, contractual notices).
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations.
- Improve the product, on aggregated and anonymized data.
Retention
Your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in line with applicable legal obligations. Technical logs are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
At any time, you have the right to:
- Access, rectify, and delete your data.
- Receive your data in an open, portable format.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Withdraw consent, without retroactive effect.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@spotrak.com with proof of identity. You can also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority (the CNIL in France).
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted, logged, and protected by strong authentication. In case of an incident affecting your data, we notify you within 72 hours.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or product changes. Material changes are emailed to you at least 15 days before they take effect.
